One Pot Meal Recipe (easy!)

An easy recipe that my dh loves...but it isn't that healthy

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Can of Corn
1 Bag of Shredded Cheese
1/2 bag of Doritos Nacho Cheese

-Brown Ground Beef
-Mix in Drained Canned Corn
-Continue mixing as you add the Crunched doritos and the shredded cheese
-Mix for a few minutes

We do this and add some lettuce and sour cream to it! Kind of like a taco salad!

YUM-O! Now I know what I want for dinner! LOL!

Funny, this was exactly what I made for supper!

I also added chopped onion and taco seasoning. We serve it with the chips or crunch them up. Add salsa and sour cream. Yummy!!
