I bought it. it looks so pretty and I do "need" more girly yarn... I know it's pure wool, but thinking I may use it for a STIH fo Ivey. Would this be enough for a 6-9 month size do you think?

It will be perfect for christmas. I guess we are doing wine colors this year, lol. Maybe I'll get a rhs done for Mae. lolololololol
Great job on the yarn!!! That looks great. And I heart that MT newbie sweater. That is beautiful.

Just getting ready to leave for the mountains tomorrow. First time taking all 3 girls on vacation in our Honda crv. I'm wondering how well fit them plus all the stuff we need for them for a week.... It's a mystery. But I'm looking forward to a break from all things media and just knitting and breathing fresh air. Well be in a cabin, so less stress than camping with the little ones.

Now to decide what to bring to knit.....

I think these would match awesome, but TA has not returned my convo...to see if she could switch the heart/flowers to just plain solid coloured buttons...I am sure she is busy...

So I am hoping April will be able to help me out!!
That's a pretty set, the colors are beautiful. I didn't receive an answer back same day from TA once and she said best thing is to re-convo her.

Yep, that thought came to me just a bit ago so I went to the website to look. I can get a bunkbed for just $150. I think that's what I'm going to do if I don't find anything on freecycle.

Re: Knitters/Hookers/Spinners/Dyers *WIP* 8/2

Happy Birthday Sarah! Sorry your day wasn't the best!

I'm working on a pair of longies. I had myself convinced that I couldn't knit longies even though I'm an experienced knitter (and have knitted lots of pairs in the past). I have posted some crochet on here and all of ds longies that are mama made are crochet. Anyway for the last year or so every pair of knit longies have been either form spots or YYMN. So this week I decided to make myself knit!!!! I've been working on a girlie stash in case we ever get a call to take a baby girl (foster parents). So this pair is my first MAKE MYSELF KNIT longies

The colors look a little washed out in the pic and are brighter in real life.

I think the color change is barely noticeable and will probably almost disappear when knit. It is really very pretty!! And nice win! Love the burgundy wine color!

Sweater is looking good! Might have to grab that pattern when it comes out!
