Re: Knitters/Hookers/Spinners/Dyers *WIP* 8/3

Morning peeps! Tim, that colorway is so pretty! I'm not help with naming, I've very unoriginal.

Plugging away at my sleuthing hoodie! I followed that weaving in ends tutorial on Sock Pron and from the front the stitches look pulled where I weaved in the ends, I don't like it. Am I doing something wrong?

Morning! I got a bit of knitting done last night. The plan for today is to finish up the SB Revolution shorites and start on some LS capris. Thankfully the LS is a size small so it should go quick even with LS. DD and I have to run a ton of errands today and we both still need showers!

HAPPY TUESDAY!

Oh I like it. I agree with the PP suggestions of Berry Sorbet or Berry Smoothie!

I got more work in on the sweater last night... I decided to make it a little longer than the pattern called for; Ayden is slim but with a long torso. Pics later.

No, it takes about a week to get the card. Do you have the PP plugin?

I don't think they offer it anymore, but if you already have it... I'm pretty sure it still works.

PP would basically generate a one time use CC number so you could pay with PP on sites that don't accept pp.

Tim- that colorway reminds me of the 1980s Electric Company show for some reason. Probably all of the handme down clothes from the early 70s that I was wearing at the time. LOL.

I have a sick baby for day 3. the middle of the night was rough with me having a migraine and the baby up sick and then the toddler deciding that she wanted to keep us company. By the time I got the baby to sleep (5:30am) the toddler didn't want to go back to sleep. Argh.

I also had a crappy LYS day yesterday. There are three LYS within about 6 miles of each other in my town. The first was closed, as it was a monday, the second was closed until further notice (???), and the third only takes cash for purchases of the amount I wanted to make. Sigh.

I don't know that show buy you've reminded me of the Electric Youth perfume

How about Electric Youth Tim? The yarn does sort of have an 80's bright color vibe.

I really liked this perfume by the way lol.

Love the yarn, Tim - great colors!

Hello everyone! Just recovering from our 10 day vacation. We had internet, but it was WAY too slow to even bother trying to open the daily thread! I've missed so much!

Need to get some WIP pics - still working on DS's sweater, plus on the sleeves of an Elliot sweater for DD, cast on a StiH sweater while I was waiting for my 12" circs to come for the sleeves of the Elliot, plus now doing the band of a HH for a scrappy hat swap - totally feel like I have knitting ADD this week! I need to FINISH stuff!
