Re: Basically it's Woolly Wednesday!

I must be an idiot. I didn't realize you had to "apply" for Pre-K down here Now I have to go get the application, send it to the County and wait for a reply! School starts in less than 3 weeks hope I get a reply SOON.

I am also a bit peeved. I just freakin got ticked off because I LITERALLY have NO clothing that fits and looks good enough to go out in public in.
I have a closet FULL of clothing that would fit me if I would just flippin lose 25-30lbs.

Wow, Erin, some nerve. I'd just ignore her and rest up. Cecelia, has it really already been 6 wks? Wow.

So I managed to hook up the dinosaur computer to the internet and now all three kids are fighting over it. And it doesn't even have sound, I'm not sure how they are going to play their games, LOL. I need to find the other one, but I have no idea where it is in all these boxes.

I think I will do a photo essay of my house. You know, because I am in denial about how much I need to do to unpack and get settled.

That soaker is adorable! And, Janine, your kids are adorable.

Heehee. Little MH.

It is hard. I should text him or call him more, but it's true that sometimes I don't want to just in case my mom answers the phone (my brother doesn't have his cell phone all day after he rang up some $400 bill on it). Then again, I do want to talk to my mom more, just ... not ... right now.

The up side? She just posted on her Facebook that she has a job! I'm thankful for that—thankful that prayer works. Do I expect an apology? Heck no, but I never have.

Peggy. A lot of places in the States seem to have pre-K (K4) by application only right now. I hope you're able to get her in! If not, will it be a big deal? You could work with her at home in preparation for next year, right? Sorry about the clothing issue.

Glad you got the computer hooked up Cheryl!

15 more minutes of sitting...

If I were woolies...where would I be? I know where all the diapers are, I just don't have pins so he can only wear the snapping ones. Gah.

See the giant boxes towards the back? That was the mover's box of choice. Unless it was books or something uber heavy, it went in one of those, stuffed willy-nilly.

Ugh, sorry about the boxes Cheryl. Are they in a room that you're not really using right now? Can you just open them ALL and start taking out when you need most?
