I know the online company clothology in Regina has some to. To be honest with you I have used it and didn't seem very effective but I also have a front load washer which may make a difference

I'm in the US, so I don't have any store recommendations for you. I did want to comment on the product, though.

Bac-Out has been wonderful for us thus far. They recommend that stains not involving cloth diapers soak for at least 5 minutes and immediately in to wash. If it wasn't for soaking mama cloth with Bac-Out for about 10 minutes, I would have given up mama cloth. Nothing else breaks down stains for me the way Bac-Out has. On diapers, it has been just as awesome, but it recommends an overnight soak for those. If I have a small stain on a diaper, I can spray it with generously with Bac-Out and it usually breaks it down before it hits the wash, which means less worry on laundry day!

Give it a try. I think Bac-Out's website will link you to online sites that sell it.
