Yup! Cherry juice works GREAT! I put them in the food processor and chop them up super small, with a little juice and it's pink! And not overpowering flavor either!

I was gonna suggest putting strawberries through a juicer, but letting frozen thaw sounds easier.

They sell natural food dyes at Whole Foods. I used the beet extract for a pink cake--blueberry extract for purple!

I haven't tried this but I would imagine that concentrated cherry juice would work!
