Sorry about the heat Cecilia. That is no fun!
I didn't get the zoo passes, because we aren't sure when we'll ALL be able to go. But I'm thinking by the 1st of the year we will. It will cost $200 for all 10 of us

We had thought about doing a Wii. and small gifts. May still do that!

When it comes down to it, the youngest one is a spoiled brat because my dad's given her pretty much whatever she wanted since my mom died, not that I can really fault him for it, he did his share of spoiling me too (paying for my wedding, and honeymoon) And the older one just needs to stop feeling sorry for herself because I'm about the last of her friends she hasn't yet alienated, although if I wasn't her sister also, I'd probably have ditched her *** by now
Awww, I wouldn't look at it as bribery. More like something fun to do with them. I'd love to bake stuff with my sisters and would if they were here.

My sisters were treated very differently to me and still are. I am not jealous though, they were born in a different time to me (there's 10 years difference between me and them) and I know that sounds odd but my parents went through parenting courses after they were born and didn't make the mistakes they did with us when they were raising them. They were never hit or abused in any way. I'm so happy they didnt have to go through that. I love my sisters.

I'm lost on options now. All I do is cook, bake, clean or knit/crochet/spin.

Re: Basically it's sunday

I have to just admit it Fynn is a monster baby. I got a sock pattern for him...from 3 months to 3 years. 7 sizes....I made the one for a 5" foot....and it barely fits!

Why oh why is my 11 month old child the size of a 2 year old???

Re: Basically it's sunday

It's not a big deal Janine. I care less about the fact that she didn't come over than that she lied about what she was doing/why she couldn't come, and I get irritated when she says she'll be over and has really no intention of coming
