Okay to ISO non-profit donations?

I volunteer for a dog rescue and we have a pup in a foster home who will be incontinent for his entire life. The foster mom is buying disposable dipes like mad right now. I would love to have some custom cloth made for him but neither I nor the rescue can afford the $20/ea investment to have any made right now. Could I post an ISO for this? I can provide the website and 501(c)3 non-profit documentation and all donations are fully tax-deductible and would get a reciept. Thanks!
