That's why I would do. My DH *thinks* he doesn't like some things, but little does he know....he actually eats them sometimes.

(Coconut milk doesn't taste like coconut to me.)

It's really yummy. Just put some olive oil and garlic on a skillet and start throwing stuff on. My chicken was cooked already, but you can just cook it first before you throw anything on. Then throw the veggies on and cook them. Then some cooked rice...then add the coconut milk and simmer. Then the arrowroot to thicken (or flour) and then the spices. Enjoy! This is one of our favorite dishes...I love throwing skillet dishes together.

I can definatly lie about the coconut milk but, any kind of cumin he can smaell from a mile away

We had pork chops with florentine topping, a white wine parmesan orzo and zucchini sauteed in olive oil with Italian cheese on it... yum!

1 Box of Orzo
1Pot Boiling Heavilly salted water
Boil for 8 Minutes

Zest and Juice 1 whole lemon PUT aside
1/2Stick of Butter Softened
2Cloves Garlic Minced ( i use the zester)
1/2 Cup parm (sketti parm in our house)
Combine all in the bowl tossing with the Drained Orzo
Salt and Pepper to taste

Sounds great ! I think I wanna try that . What would you substitute for coconut milk if you don't have any ?

Some friends gave us some steaks. I rubbed them with McCormick Steak Seasoning and put them on my George Foreman. Served it with mashed taters (seasoned with the steak seasoning and a little salt) and steam-in-bag broccoli and cauliflower. It was yummy.
