Flat Stanley's

Anyone read these books with their children? Would anyone be interested in exchanging Flat Stanley's? I am about to start a set of books with my children and curious if anyone here has had experience with them or plan's on doing it in the future.

Re: Flat Stanley's

I know this is sort of old, but we did flat stanley with our nephew. It was so much fun. His class loved ours, because we were the only one from another country!! We dressed flat stanley in a british uniform. He turned out SO cute.

I definately plan on doing flat stanley with my kids when they get older!!

Awww, mama, I'm sorry to hear that! Is it the Flat Travelers group? If so, try reposting, I know Yahoo was being wonky there for awhile. We've had a pretty good experience with them so far.

As for the original OP, my 9yo and I read the book. It was below him in terms of reading level, but he loved the idea. We made four flat travelers and joined a yahoo group. We've had travelers come back from Iowa, Virginia, and California and am waiting on the last from the UK. Hunter has had a blast learning about different places. If you're interested in exchanging, PM me, I know Hunter would be all for it.

I am not sure of the age exactly, my nephew was 9 at the time. Check your local library for books
