You have more than I had to start so I'm no help. I think your stash is great!

Looks awesome!! Got any wipes??

My kids were in the 7,10,9,and 8 pound ranges, so I know what you mean by not knowing what to expect.

With my 10lb 11 oz. baby, she outgrew small diapers and small baby clothes quick, so you might want to have a med. or two on hand just in case too, since you are prone to possibly have a big baby too. JMO

Forgot to add that. I have at least 6 dozen wipes ~ big variety of flannel, velour, sherpa, fleece and sudedcloth. I'm a nut with wipes.

So does this mean I should stop buying? I have bought a few mediums but I want to hold off getting more until I figure out what works for us. I guess I need a new shopping addiction, mama cloth and postpartum pads would be a good way to go.

I think your stash is awesome. Looks good to go unless you just see something else you want to try. Doesn't say what kind of covers but you might want a couple wool ones for nights.

Re: What else do I need???

Wool scares me. I have no idea about the whole lanolizing thing (how to, how much, how often, with what) and I can't stand wool and have this automatic fear that it's going to be itchy. I just don't want more work than needed and I am afraid that wool is going to be a pain. Convince me otherwise and I may try it. I see those darling ruffle covers and longies and want to try just scared. Most of the covers are PUL and fleece, only one lonely peice of woola and I didn't get excited because I didn't know what to do with it.
