soy milk recipes

Any ideas for soymilk? DS is breastfed and has a milk intolerance so wic gave me soy. unfortunately it wont work as milk in a lot of dishes like puddings etc.
I get quite a bit of it, and i dont really enjoy the taste of it so i find myself not drinking it much. Im hoping to find some recipes to use it up.

There are so many things you can do with soy milk. Yes you can make pudding with it we do it all the time Cheese sauce, cakes, gravies, soups, the list goes on and on. Anything that calls for milk really you can try with soy milk. Try vegweb.com for some yummy recipes.

I do A LOT of vegan baking with soy milk. Check out The Joy of Vegan Baking from the library. Awesome recipes!

I use the vanilla often in smoothies, french toast, pancakes, muffins. Personally, I don't care for it in gravies-I think all soymilk has a sweet taste to it, making my milk gravy too odd for my liking.

If you don't like the taste I was going to say smoothies also - sweetened with some frozen fruit it's yummy!
