San Antonio to Bandera, need transportation help please!

I'm planning a bachelorette party for my sis in May. We are going to be going to Rancho Cortez in Bandera.

We are probably all going to be flying into SAN, (unless you locals know of a different airport we should try.) Problem is, we are somehow going to need to get to the dude ranch from the airport. We will also need transportation to go into the city one night, and of course, back to the airport.

I'm trying to price the different options (renting a van vs. hiring a limo or whatever.) We need to have numbers to book airfare soon, but I can't for the life of me figure out any local hired car companies. My google searches don't seem to turn up anything except one website.

Anyone have a guess as to what that would cost (airport transfer service to Bandera)?

Any other advice, I'd love too. Thanks! (I've never been to TX and I'm so excited!!)

Blessed mama to four... because three is for quitters!

If you're going to be doing a lot of driving I would suggest renting a van. Bandera is pretty far from the SA airport and if you want the freedom of going into town when you please you definitely will want to rent a van. Will probably end up cheaper that way, imo.
