Arbonne diaper rash cream - CD safe?

The saleswoman said it was (though it is likely she didn't actually know), but now that I have it in my hands, it's zinc based. Doesn't that mean I need a liner?

Zinc based is not cloth diaper safe. A fleece liner will do the trick. The disposable liners still let it seep through.

From my experience it depends on what kind of diaper you are using. We use all cotton or bamboo inners and haven't had any trouble washing out the zinc based cream we use (Burt's Bee's). Never had any staining, repelling or cream residue on the fabric. Now on a synthetic like suedecloth or fleece I think it could become an issue.

I use/sell Arbonne products, and I would not use it in diapers without a fleece liner, I had to get rid of it out of a couple of diapers when my mil used it right against the cloth.

Re: Arbonne diaper rash cream - CD safe?

Thanks ladies! Not wanting to be annoying, but I emailed the saleswoman to tell her that the cream is not CD safe (just so she's not giving out misinformation to anyone else!).

I have heard the cream is REALLY for those awful rashes... here's to hoping I won't need to find out!
