Im up with a VERY congested baby. Poor miserable thing snot everywhere and he can hardly breathe. I hate this! And I just went to bed at 2 too.

Oh noes,

April! poor baby. I amcasting on a NB Elizabeth tunic this morning. Either of you ever make one? I am thinking of doing a box pleat around the bottom of tunic and longies. Any other cute ruffles? Maybe a lace ruffle.

Thanks guys! I was up ALOT! He is so pitiful

I havent made an Elizabeth Tunic, BUT, I do have one that Mel made for my DD. I think that a lace ruffle would look adorable!

Aimee - I've made 2 so far (and frogged a third because I was just too bored with it - so I say yes, go for lace!)

Finished my DS's Hudson Hat - will get some pics as soon as I have decent light in my dining room this morning & am now working on a Drop Stitch scarf and a Foliage hat for Christmas gifts.

Need some pattern ideas - I'm making the Foliage Hat and I'm looking for a lace scarf pattern that would coordinate. I'm so new to knitting/lace that I can't just wing it without a pattern (I can't wait til I can!)

Morning everyone!

I've made an Elizabeth Tunic and I think lace would be adorable. I love that pattern and the finished product.

So, I'm knitting some Hudson scrappy Eviepants longies for my DD. I knit really tightly so of course my gauge was off. I compensated by sizing up. Now I think they might be too big -- really too big. I'll have to try them on her this morning.

The good news is that they are knitting up so fast I can't believe it. Pics to come.
