It's great for boys. A bit like blue jeans with a twist. Let me get through my customs list and see how much time I have left. I am sure we might be able to arrange something, lol.

I loved see my shorties on the list the other day. Those are some my favorite bullet proof shorts this summer.

Emily. Asthma sucks. I had it pretty bad as a kid and was hospitalized at least once a year for it. I've pretty much grown out of it though (except for the last year for some reason The dr. thinks I must be allergic to something new that's provoking it).

She's been admitted to the hospital well over 15 times in the almost 2 years of her life. Im gonna start giving her albuterol treatments today though and see if that helps some, and hopefully we can kick it in the butt before it gets bad enough that we have to go to the ER.
I hope the babies feel better soon. I've never heard of the battery operated snot sucker before. I need one of those!

It looks like this Leaf Lace Scarf has the same lace pattern, I could be wrong though. I found a lot of Leaf Lace scarf patterns on Rav by searching for the tem 'Leaf'.

Nice I love that Smokey Rose Light colorway.

So last night I tried out gradient dyeing. It was a fun experiment. We just got this awesome color from Pro-chem and it makes the most beautiful earthy green. So I did a skein of that green and one that goes from Black to White. I'll be knitting Hudson Hat for DS with them striped ala Noro Striped Sock style. Its going to be so cool.

Good Idea! I may just have to do that
I hope he feels better and you both get some rest.

Aimee - I've made 2 so far (and frogged a third because I was just too bored with it - so I say yes, go for lace!)

Finished my DS's Hudson Hat - will get some pics as soon as I have decent light in my dining room this morning & am now working on a Drop Stitch scarf and a Foliage hat for Christmas gifts.

I love those hats! I had them queued when I first joined Ravelry, but the lace intimidated me so I deleted them, and forgot about them until now.

Thanks Tanya! I searched and came up with a really similar one, but it wasn't quite right (some how missed that one ) - think I'll use that one!

Yeah they think thats the main thing that triggers hers, is allergies. I thought we were home free for a while bc it was just DH that was sick for like a week, and then Piper got it 2 days ago but Phe was actually fine, and Im totally fine.

Gah!!! I just bought some MH in a colorway I'm not totally in love with, I hope this is one of those instances where I am completely wrong about the cw in the skein.

Emily and April, I hope your babies get better soon without any trips to the hospital
