Turnip greens... I am at a loss

Okay, turnip greens are not very common here up north in Minnesota. I don't think this phrase has ever been uttered "Ya sure, pass me dem der turnip greens, you know!" However, we just got some in our CSA box and I know they are packed with nutrients. So please help me find a way to serve them to my family that stands a chance of them actually eating them!

two words. PORK FAT
take salt pork and fry it up. take it out, remove some but not all of the fat. I put in minced garlic and cook it, add the greens cover with water, add a pickled jalapeno and cook until tender.
I add the pork back in also

OMGosh I LOVE LOVE LOVE turnip greens

boil them (like spinach) serve with butter.
you can add them to soups or stews.
steam them with other veggies.

You lucky thing, you. I'm from down south and since moving to NY, haven't had a turnip green.

They have a strong flavor that perks up other milder greens. As suggested- fry some pork fat and the gently fry the greens in the leftover fat OR try frying bacon, crumbling it and tossing the fresh greens in there. It's nummy.

Turnip greens can be shredded and added to stews.

Try them on a pizza. Shred and sprinkle all over the cheese. Adds a distinct flavor AND nutrition.
