Lovleybums question

Anyone use their fitteds? Anyone tried their OV fitteds?

How does the sizing run? How absorbent are they? I have had one sherpa, and it didn't do a thing as sherpa tends not to do at our house, but I am wondering about the OC and the OCV fitteds she has.

I would appreciate any feedback you may have!! Thank you!!

Re: Lovleybums question

I really like Loveybums but I find they run a little small and have a lower rise. I haven't tried the OV though - just the sherpa and OC.

Agh! Don't tell me that! That is exactly what I hoped not to hear

I have a HUGE toddler who is 42 pounds and I just got 3 dipes on their way to me from her in xlg.

Well, guess we will see. I will post an update! Thanks for your feedback!!

They are pretty stretchy so they might work.

Re: Lovleybums question

The Large fits my 31 lb 2yo well ( she's wearing one now LOL ) I think you'll be fine with the XL ...... I like the LB diapers they are cute and sweet and seem absorbant enough... the only thing I don't really care for is how poo gets under the snap in sometimes But I still use them so I guess it's not that big of a deal

What do you mean poo under the snaps? Why are the snaps different than on any other dipe? They aren't covered snaps on the insides? MEaning the back of the snaps touch skin? Ugh I hate that, I hope that isn't the case!!

Re: Lovleybums question

I had a TON of LB's and they were my fav fitted! I had OV and OC and my dd could go quite awhile before the outside felt wet. They are nicely absorbant and pretty yummy feeling. I think the op was referring to the poo getting under the snaps on the snap in soaker. The snaps are inside the material though, so they aren't touching the baby's skin. We hit hard times a while back and I had to sell everything, including all my LB's and I still mourn them. The sizing runs a bit small, maybe. But I think alot of that is they way they fit. The rise is low, and there are tons of snaps to adjust. There is also an extra snap for wing droop. I had my dd in a large and she is itty bitty, but I also had it on the tightest setting and the rise was over her belly button. I think a medium would have been great on her too, but I was trying to make them last longer and they would've been great...if I could have kept them.

There is a snap in soaker and sometimes the poo gets under the soaker, not the snaps sorry

Do you think the xlg would fit a 42 pounder?
