If it makes you feel any better, it might not make a difference... my NP said that with her most recent child (#4), she was dilated to a 5 for FIVE WEEKS before going into labor...

I feel that way in the beginning as well thanks to 2 m/c's. I guess I'm just a wreck the whole way through now, really. But, this is my last so once I get her here safely, I can forget this traumatizing part of my life and focus on the positive again.

Vent away Hun! I'm totally there with you! I've only got 3 weeks left and I am DYING to see my doc tomorrow and hopefully hear good news! I really want the baby to be in position, low, and maybe some softening of the cervix. I've had a rough pregnancy and I really really want it to be over. I just feel SO sore and can't sleep, and when I do sleep it isn't very GOOD sleep. I spent my entire Labor Day weekend in bed, and there are so many things to do, but I can't seeme to get them done! I'm waiting for even just a day of energy!
I honestly would much rather be exhausted with a newborn than exhausted from being pregnant. I know lots of women miss being pregnant...but I'm not so sure I'm one of them!

Yeah, I don't relax until 12 weeks with a heartbeat or feeling baby move.
