Just read a similar thread going on diaperpin.com....and if you search here on diaperswappers, you'll find several threads on the same subject.

I 3rd the motion for GMD prefolds! Try e-mailing Karen, tell her we've been raving about her prefolds and ask if she'll consider shipping to you. Worth a try.

I've read and heard from friends that unbleached chinese prefolds are better in the long-term than the indian prefolds. At first, some say the indian are softer, but in the long-term they lose absorbency. That's just what I've read.

Also, check the diaperpin "product reviews"...I bet there are bunches of reviews on prefolds. They review based on the products/companies, so that would probably really help you.
