A little funny from tonight.

DH and I were discussing how sex can stimulate things along if your body is prepped while I sat on the couch and he sat at the computer, and after a few minutes he looks at me over his shoulder and says, "So do you wanna give it a go?" I told him, "Gee, between that and your ever so romantic proposal of, 'so when can we get married?' you really know how to sweep a girl off her feet!" (And yes, that is really how he proposed. We just sort of decided to get married. LOL! I give him a hard time about it even to this day.)

And for you update-fiends: only have had about a dozen contractions between then and now (it was about 4 hours ago), but I've been feeling them in my back, and my cervix is low and very soft today. Who knows? Maybe things will move along in the next few days!

That sounds like my proposal from dh-I remember I was dropping him at the dorms on the base, and lately he had been a real jerk-trying to "test me" I guess. So we were sitting there, and I told him things just weren't working anymore-and he freaked and said no-he was just scared that I would leave at the first sign that things weren't perfect-that was why he was being so a pain in the booty lately. He then goes on to say he's not going to lose me and I will marry him. I don't think he ever asked me to marry him, but insisted that I wouldHe was trying to save up on his little low ranking airman salary to propose to me around Christmas-it was October then-but he said he had to make sure he's never lose me. So basically I was calling things off and from that we ended up engaged-romantic huh? Men-geeessshh! I hope things are a go soon for you though

Man. We tried... and tried... and tried with my first. Sometimes twice a night. Also, MUCH better if woman reaches climax too - more FUN and it causes a ton more contractions!

Haha....we had a similar conversation last night oh and we've been a lot more regular since coming back from my midwife apt. the other day she told me that "intercourse" was very good for encouraging things a long. I told my dh and well that night he was in the mood. HAHA.
