Gross Chicken?

Is there something I can do with the gross parts of boneless/skinless chicken breast other than throw it out? I was thinking about making stock but wasn't sure that would work since it seems to be mostly fat and grizzle. Dog food? Something?

the fat is where the flavor is. I would try it in a stock, you skim off the junk off the top anyway during cooking
