I'm wondering how much growing room to give V for her overalls. Here are her current stats. What would you do?

Chest- 18 inches
Torso-14 inches to bottom of diaper
Inseam- 8 inches

How much should I add for growth?
Remember there is no stretch in the length of wool, only in the width. If you want them to fit longer than you might want the straps to be longer.

Oh but V is a tiny little doll
I know that Fynn's chest is 22" and his torso is 19" (but your measurement doesn't go from the shoulder, right?)

Maybe the only choice is the green in the pic.

I still dont get why you look for other diapers why you make the best! You have so much time till the birth, even if you only made one a week from now till then you'd have plenty

I'm exhausted. The ice cream social had three bouncehouses (one for little ones), balloon animals (ian wanted a monkey-go figure, Ginger wanted a blue giraffe-that sound about right, Rosie wanted a pink sword ), the firetruck and fireman gear to look and touch, and of course ice cream. So the end result was this:

And I am so DONE today.

Bethann, you already have minions. Levi and Waylon just aren't very good at it.

Goodnight!
That it goes well...does he have a friend to ride with?

Re: Basically it's Thursday!

My beginning of a migrain developed into a full scale huge one in the middle of the night. I couldn't even see when I got up to the kids this morning. I just had no choice to get them up and carry Fynn doen stairs. My MIL gasped when she saw me and put her hand over her mouth. I said I'm going back to bed and she said yes, you need to do that.

She took care of the kids this morning and at some point she put Fynn to bed too. IDK when though. I woke up at 12pm and he was in his bed. I got up and found some popcorn to nibble on and he woke up at 12:30pm. I guess he really did need his milk. I've nursed him and put him back to bed.

Now I'm all out of whack and trying to think what's on my agenda for today. I have to take Shannon to get he neck looked at and I have to go get blood taken for my OP on Thursday....yep. I called my doctor and I can just come in when I'm done with Shannon's appointment. I think that's all.

I hope all the Ibuprofen I took doesnt show up in my blood

I think I'll pick up take out today for everyone. I dont want to cook and I dont want the mess of Heiner cooking either. He should just play with the kids today...He has music tonight and it's just much easier if I pick something up rather than rush everything today.

Sounds like a great idea Peggy.

Praise them up lots for their smiley faces. We've started that too for Shannon. A smiley face is a great reward for good behaviour and Shannon shows them off with pride. We are going to talk to her teaches about getting a daily report in the form of a smiley face. Shannon should get them at the end of her lesson and that way we can keep track of how she's going in school and it encourages her to behave better to get the smiley face.

I dont want to get to where we were last year with threats of detention and the lack of communication between the teachers and us (we wanted to talk to them but they dont seem to have time to talk to us)....sadly I have to wait until October to talk to them, They dont seem to have any time until then.

This really was one of the worst I have in years. I still dont feel like it's gone. It's like its lurking waiting for the kick off to get going again.

I was reading about the Endometriosis I have and it seems it can cause headaches/migraines so I'm really hoping the surgery will help with that too.

Re: Basically it's Thursday!

Sorry for the rough night Janine

Peggy yippy for the better week for the boys.

We have a smile chart system at school for kids that are behavior issues in the younger grades. works great. They care the chart with them to their specials classes and is they get a smile face then they put it on their own chart. If ot then they have to put the frown in. The classroom teacher does the same through out the day and then they earn choice time or an extra 10 minutes outside time if they get enough smiles each day.
