I think boy. But only because I associate it with the band Journey which was, obviously, all male.

ETA: and I'm not sure how many people would make that association these days. Certainly none of the kids your LO ends up going to school with. Lol.

It truly sounds like it could be used for either gender just fine, but if I had to pick, I would say girl.
