Need announcement ideas!

I just found out I'm PG with #4!

This will be the 9th grandbaby in 6 years for my ILs, and I'm wracking my brain to think of a good way to announce it. All of the typical announcements have been used up, lol! Can anyone offer me some unique ideas of how to announce it to the family (they'll all be thrilled, so I want it to be fun!)?

Congrats on your pregnancy. I also have 3 boys. Are you hoping for a girl? I am sorry I don't have any ideas for an announcement.

How about printing up some birthday party invitations for your due date? I did that with baby #4--we announced it at baby #3's 1st birthday party and I handed out invites for the "next" party (although I wasn't really serious about them coming to the birth, lol!) Congrats to you!!!!!!

My SIL made an iron transfer with all the baby's stats: name, date, etc. and put it on a onesie. They took a photo of their little boy in the onesie and sent just 4X6 photos out like post cards. She said this is super easy to do, just have to buy the transfer sheets at the office supply. You could always do actual post cards through snapfish or some other photo site if you wanted to spend more $.

Here is what we did - we sent out an email to everyone with a new picture of all of our kids from our recent vacation and then one of just hubby and I wearing t-shirts.

His t-shirt said

He shoots. He Scores. (with little spermies swimming across from the left set of words to the right set of words).

And My t-shirt said

Practice Makes Pregnant.


People would read his shirt and then mine and got it!

and you can do them with any word processing software and then just buy the iron on transfer stuff in the craft dept. at Wal-Mart. It's cheap and easy to do! I would just suggest picking a light colored shirt to put it on.
