Pants for fitteds and wool?

Looking to stock up on some winter clothes. So far my dd has only worn pants like twice! And they barely fit. We primarily use fitteds with wool soakers. I've found some hannah anderson wiggle bottoms for $10. I'd like to also find something a little warmer, and maybe a couple pairs of jeans. Inexpensive is a must.

I think the key is stretchy. Sometimes I can find pants at Carters that work, but I'm always worried about wicking through. I just got some cute Carters fleece outfits (pants with matching jacket and onsie) at Costco for like $10. I think I'm going to try to make a bunch of fleece "longies" but use them over the wool cover as pants.

Old Navy is always a good choice. My kids wear their track suits often. We use prefolds and wool soakers, and I just size up for the waist and roll the cuff quite often. For jeans, I think a must is to look for part or all of the waist being elastic.

And sorry mama, but I can't think of any jeans that would fit over fitteds and a soaker! We wear Fishnoodles under jeans. Its the hip more than the waist.

I had a pair of Gap jeans for DD that was out this summer, totall bubble pants, elastic waist and cuffs on the bottom, a lightweight jean but plenty of room for fluffy bum... maybe someone will have them on sale? how old is your DD?

I love Hanna wiggle pants, BTW, they are just so comfy!!
