Morning ladies! DS2 isn't feeling well so I'm working a half day today (DH took the morning off to stay home with him). I DO have some pics to share though ( I know, right? )

The repurposed DD set that started off like this:

Then became this:

Then this:

And this:

And finally became newbie fluff I still need to get the button for the kimono, but I expect that today.

Oh and some WIP pics of WSK Brooks longies for the Oct TOKW stocking... They will have an enclosed elastic waistband, but I wanted them to look just like the drawstring longies so I made the waistband ribbed and finished it off with a faux drawstring tie. This was where I was yesterday afternoon, I just have the cuff of the second leg to do today and they're done.

Hey ladies! Can anyone tell me how many oz of Aran BFL I would need for longies with these msmts?
Hips- 22
Rise-18
I-10

I just bought 7oz of a blue jean-like yarn and love it, but I just don't think 7oz will get it.
I'm doing an elastic waist and can forego ruffles, just a rolled or seed stitch cuff.
Thanks

Sara, depending on gauge and pattern... about 6 - 6.5oz. The enclosed waist takes a little more yarn than a ribbed waistband, but you should still be able to get away with what you've got.
