Shelly that's gonna be a beautiful kimono! I also had a disasterous experience with my sewing machine this weekend, well actually with my serger. In the end it turned out ok but it's going to my niece, not the person it was originally intended for lol. My sister won't judge my skills.

Jessie. Yeah this was for my DS3's dolly. I don't think either of them will judge my sewing skillz.

Morning!

My FFS lottery for FB fans goes live at 10.. so if you know anyone expecting or already has a newborn, send them my way!

I'm going to try to finish these Halloween longies for a customer today.. Hopefully I can.

Yeah I'm sure you're fine there I don't realize how much work sewing is until I don't do it for a while and get used to knitting on the couch My back was SORE.

Well I can cut everything out fine. and I know how to push the pedal down and manipulate/feed the fabric through... but my machine was chewing up the thread and just spitting it out on the fabric. IDK WTH I did wrong, but it wasn't pretty. I think I finally got it working right so I sorta want to try another pair of dolly pants. And I'd love a serger... though I'm sure it would frustrate me to no end.

I having one heck of a time with my serger now. For some reason I can't get the thread to feed correctly....no matter how many times I read the manual and rethread it. It'll work for like a minute, then go wonky again
