I totally hear you on that one. All those dang pop-outs are horrendous I'd be fine if they were on the left side of the page....but no. They have to be on the side that you're forced to scroll over. Ok, rant done

I am almost done with the first leg on my cabled longies I want to do the split cuff on the bottom....but I'm not sure how to start it off Can anyone help me out??

Good morning
I am loving this fall weather here We are meeting up with a friend at the park today so the boys can play. My 3.5 DS asked me to make him some pants like his brother but I don't want to. He is rough boy and they would really get abused. What yarn could I use that might hold up?

It got colder here than I expected last night and we don't have blankets on our bed yet (or the heat turned on) so I slept horribly last night between being cold and having DS2 crammed up against me because he was cold. Gotta get the blankets out and wash them today!!

Cestari, MMW, BBR, Knit Picks bulky WotA...you could go with acrylic if you really wanted to but I hate knitting with acrylic, personally.

So you knit until you get to the point where you want the split to start and just turn and start purling back (almost like you would with your short rows. Or you can do whatever stitch pattern you want. Garter/Seed Stitch/Linen...etc.. Then you just knit back and forth (not in the round anymore)

I'm doing DS's longies on MarrHaven, I love how it holds up over the long run.
