You know you have an EC'd baby when...

I think one of my daughter's first words is going to be "PEE" She was trying to say it while I had her over the toilet a couple of minutes ago!

She clearly understands the word "toilet" now and was saying "tah" - so cool!

So cute! Amazing how much they can learn so young

Hunter has been saying (and signing) "potty" for quite some time, and recently started coming up and saying "bi-per" (diaper) when he's wet.

Too cute!

I know I have an ec'd baby because she loves loves loves to strip and run around nakey! AND - especially when she was younger - it was okay! I didn't need to worry about "accidents" because she was EC'd! (well, at least there were certain "safe" times )

That's neat! If she's wearing velcro ones with nothing to prevent her from taking them off, she'll either just take them off, or take them off as soon as she wets them. Can't say it yet, but she definitely understands the word "diaper" and will pat her diaper and grin if we say "Where's your diaper?" She signs for potty quite a bit too - especially if I'm holding her or sometimes while she's going. I love it!

Well, uh, I feel weird saying this-but when you can tell that *other* people have to go to the bathroom-even adults!

Yeah my son was like that too, and still is to some degree, but not as much (he likes to be dressed now too, but to go to the bathroom at home has to take everything off! ) My daughter loves taking her diaper off when she can! I bet she'll be doing the same thing when she can take off her clothes!

That is too funny... I never thought about that but I guess even as adults we have our own signals!! That reminds me of when I was in school... I remember a teacher saying something about students always asking to go to the bathroom and she could tell if they REALLY needed to go if they were "dancing" around on their chair...haha... since I guess some students ask to go just as an excuse to leave the classroom.

You know you have an ECed baby when there are more potties in your house than chairs.

....when your husband comes home and says "umm...you had a miss", pointing to the puddle under one of the chairs. lol.

Claire actually starts crawling to the bathroom when she has to go! Most of the time if I miss a pee it's right outside the bathroom door, haha.
