What do I do with it?

I have a bit of an overactive let down which was contributing to a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance. To counteract this, I was told to try expressing a little straight before a feed. I tried this just a few minutes ago and DD seems to be coping much better and not coughing and spluttering and fussing. I didn't want to waste what I expressed... So now I have about 15mL of mostly foremilk. What do I do with it? I don't want to store it as is because won't it just contribute to the imbalance if I feed it to DD, but I don't want to toss it either. I'm confused. WWYD?

Re: What do I do with it?

I would try pumping some hindmilk after feeding and then mix them.
