What can I use for a swim diaper as an emergency?
We might be going to our friend's house this weekend. Its supposed to be 80 out and she said that they have this neat water mat thing for outside. Ethan is 14 months. I do have a pair of Old Navy swim trunks for him,but I'm assuming I'm supposed to put something underthem. What about a BG w/o an insert? Its just to contain poop, right? I mean, normal swim diapers are just to contain poop, aren't they?

Re: What can I use for a swim diaper as an emergency?
Really real swim diapers contain nothing LOL nothing at all not even poop. You might get lucky and it might contain most of it but not all from what Ive read and seen
I think a BG without insert would work great

Yeah, technically they are supposed to contain poop, but that doesn't always happen. You can use an unstuffed pocket diaper or a diaper cover (not wool
). The main thing is to have it fit snugly around the legs so use one that is smaller than usual or fasten it tighter. Have fun! It's no where near swimming weather around here!
