Help! My PL'ed 3 yr old keeps peeing on the floor on purpose!

I am at my wit's end. I don't know what else to do.

He will be 3 next month. He PT'ed earlier and quickly. I was SOOO excited.

Lately, he's started peeing on the floor again. When I ask him why, his answer is sometimes "Because it's fun." And sometimes "It was accident." It usually happens when he's wearing underwear, so I've started letting him be naked more when we're at home.

Then today DS1 (5 yrs old) comes to me and tells me that DS2 peed on him. I said "What do you mean he peed on you?" He said "He peed in the hallway, and on the wall." I thought "OH NO!" I go to where the even took place.. sure enough, in the hallway, I can see pee sprayed all over the carpet and on BOTH walls. After questioning my 5 yr old a little more, I find out that DS2 grabbed his penis and did the fire hose routine! ON PURPOSE!

Can anyone offer some advice? I NEVER had this problem with DS1, althoug heh was nearly 4 before he was out of diapers... so I just don't know what else to do.

He KNOWS that he should use his potty chair. He knows it's naughty to pee on the floor.... HELP?!

This isn't a potty issue. This is a discipline issue. Pee jus happens to be his mess medium. How would you treat it if it were crayon or his drink from dinner that he was making messes with? Treat this the same way.

We try not to make a big deal of of potty issue like that but when it's obvious it was deliberate we do punish, though we still try to not make a big deal out of it. For that I'd make him clean up the mess and tell him that's it's dirty to pee on the wall and it's not something that people should do. Maybe lean on him a little by saying big boys or superheros or whatever he wants to be don't do that. But still be pretty matter of fact about it.
