search function

is there something wrong with the search function? i'm getting most recent results as august, when I know someone posted the search term today. why would that happen?

thank you! at least it's not just me. I found that if I search in the individual forum I'm able to get more recent results.

I get good results from searching forums, too! Seriously, is it just KC that has this issue?

it's been this way for awhile so it doesn't look like it's going to get fixed. Instead of doing a general search do an advanced search and then it will work for you.

thanks, I tried advanced searches too though and it didn't work. yesterday I was searching the word pul in a specific forum and got nothing. that can't be right!

I have had the same problem in the advanced search as well. The only time the search function works for me is when I am searching withing specific forums.
