Here's what I did: I just added 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract and 1 chopped up mint chocolate candy bar (I used Lindt) and then baked as directed.

YUM! I love mint chocolate!

Yum! I'll have to try that next time! DH isn't a big fan of mint, so maybe I'd get to eat more of the brownies if I snuck some mint in.

ROFL! My boyfriend likes mint too, and he always steals most of the brownies. Oh well. I think I like the baking more than the eating, so it just gives me more opportunities to bake!

Thank you for the suggestion! I was thinking about making some brownies with peanut butter chips in them.

You know what else is good? When your brownies are done and still hot from the oven, spread out chopped Andes mints on the top. They'll melt from the heat and spread out a little bit. SO good!

Man, now I'm craving minty brownies....
