Pregnanacy tips for womens

It is very pleasant moment whenever a woman is expecting a baby. When you get pregnant it brings a lot of changes in your daily life. The major changes are change in your diet. The period of pregnancy is normally for nine months longer and you have to need proper preparation and habits during this period so that the complications of pregnancy can be avoided thus giving great satisfaction yourself during pregnancy.

Diet
Your doctor may not tell you to avoid eating outside, but if you have a sensitive stomach, use your own common sense and stay away from uncooked foods, salads, and avoid eating at places where the food is suspect. Don't eat outdoors in the summer when food gets spoiled easily. Be particular about eating a well-balanced meal and don't fill yourself up with empty calories.

Sleep

Sleeping on your back when pregnant may harm your back, as the added weight sits straight on your spinal cord. It's best if you sleep on your side, preferably on your left side. This position also ensures optimal oxygen flow to your baby.

Hence, in order to maintain good health of yourself and also to keep the baby healthy, it is essential to follow a systemized and suitable diet plan and sleep, which should include all the required nutrients.

And sleeping on your back doesn't hurt your spinal cord but can cut off circulation through the vena cava.

Also, if I am at a picnic and take my food inside before I eat it is that ok?

From what the OP said, it sounds ok! But you don't have to worry about that anymore, cause it's fall now. Eat outside all you want!

Looks like spam to me- the whole "don't sleep on your back" thing is kind of silly, also. If it hurts, don't do it, otherwise, don't worry about it. I slept on my back my whole pregnancy.

I'm betting that this is a signature spammer or a profile spammer. Used to get'em all the time on the forums I owned. The Mods usually mess around with the profiles and end up banning them.

You got that, womens?
