Question Homemade Teriyaki Sauce question...

My dh's favorite meal is Teriyaki chicken and I have a gluten free version I make but it doesn't mention if I can make the sauce in large batches and keep it in the fridge or not. Right now I make the sauce, poor it on the chicken and bake right away. It has soya sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic and corn starch in it. Do you think it would be safe to cook up the sauce and keep it in a jar in the fridge to use when needed?

Re: Homemade Teriyaki Sauce question...

Cornstarch loses it's thickening power when it is reheated so I'm not sure how well it would work.
