I am so sorry mama
  I cannot even imagine... I cried reading through your story and updates.I am really pissed with your midwife, most midwives I know would've been right there by your side through everything, ridiculous. I am SO sorry I'm glad you had a great OB who took care of you. And glad your family has been great through this. My heart aches for you.
