Re: Shipping with polymailers through paypal
If you go to print a label through Paypal, there will be several choices you get. Package/thick envelope is what I use for polymailers. Also, you need to know the weight of the package, down to the ounce, then round up. For example, if the diaper weighs under an ounce (what is that? an itty bitty cover?), then you would put 1 ounce in the weight. Everything I've ever shipped has been at least 2 ounces, though. DC is included, and the address should already be put in, so then you just submit the information, and it will give you a total. Pay, then you are ready to print! Be sure your pop up blocker is disabled, because the label will open in a new window. Also, if you use an internet browser other than ie, the page may not display - this happens when I use Chrome.
Hope this helps!

Re: Shipping with polymailers through paypal
Thank you! And yep everything Im shipping is itty bitty baby diapers and covers that my Nb has out grown. Some of the stuff doesnt weigh anything, according to my baby scale. Should I just put 2oz to be on the safe side? I know every scale is different, I just dont want mine to say it weighs nothing and then the one they check the package with at the post office say it ways an ounce or something.

Re: Shipping with polymailers through paypal
How sensitive is your baby scale? You need something that is sensitive to portions of an ounce. You could weigh your packages at the grocery store (not the scales in the produce section, but the digital ones at the register). The cashier could give you that digital weight and you could convert it to ounces at home. Just multiply the decimal portion by 16, then round up to the next whole ounce.

Re: Shipping with polymailers through paypal
The polymailer may also change the weight to the point where you'll have to bump it up to the next ounce for shipping. I believe my larger polymailer weight 7/10 of an ounce.
You can use a digital food scale for small packages or just buy an inexpensive digital shipping scale on ebay if you think you'll be mailing a lot of packages in the future.

or the po can weigh it for you. Definitely use a different scale. Everything has to weigh something.

Re: Shipping with polymailers through paypal
you need a more sensitive scale. It weighs something, lol. pockets generally weight about 2oz without inserts and a polymailer generally bumps them up to 3oz
