I use Firefox and have never had an ad problem with the site. Actually the ads on the site don't show up for the most part. I almost want to fire up Internet Explorer to see what everyone is complaining about.

Definitely use Firefox with AdBlock Plus. I can't stand surfing without it. I never see any ads or pop-ups anymore.

I downloaded Quero and just sellect Block Ads when that happens and they go away. The only downside of it is that I have to deselect block ads when I go to check my e-mail. Otherwise I'm add free. This can be used with Windows Explorer. I haven't downloaded Firefox at all.

It doesn't seem to be happening today.

I have firefox with adblock on my laptop but on my dh's computer which I use during the day because of the baby, he only has safari and he doesn't want me to download firefox on his computer.

It was weird though, it was like the banner that was supposed to be at the top was appearing in the middle of the page and covering posts and thread titles. So glad it doesn't seem to be happening today.

Yeah--the V8 add is driving me bonkers!

It's huge and is totally surrounding DS pages on sides and top.
