Bread flour question

I have a recipe that calls for bread flour. All I have is regular flour and wheat flour. Do I need to add something to the regular flour to make it bread flour? Thanks!

Bread flour is flour that has a higher protien content than AP flour. I guess you might be able to add some gluten to the AP flour to make it more like bread flour.
