That is wonderful Sill! He is adorable. Try not to worry too much about the previa yet and definitely not the accreta (that is extremely rare if you haven't had a c-section before). And DO NOT GOOGLE and stay off MDC!!!!! I have a complete one too and got the same story as you, they are not confident it will move so be prepared for a section and preemie, la la la but I'm not sure where yours is exactly. Mine is dead centered on my cervix and I've had three fairly significant bleeds already. I'm on strict pelivc rest, no exercise of any kind, and feet up on the couch as much as possible. I have an earlier thread on here that may make you feel better. Most mamas had theirs move and there weren't any stories about the traumatic previa deliveries you will read about via google. MDC just made me feel like I was being unrational in my fear. Luckly you (and I) have really good MFM docs that are going to take care of us!

This is definitely our last too. The previa solidifies that even if it does move. I understand the not being able to take the worry anymore. I didn't lose a child like you have but nearly lost my lilfe in my first delivery and it is just too much. So I'm so sorry you have to deal with the previa on top of your other worry! It isn't fair! PM me if you do have any questions about the previa or accreta. My first pregnancy I had an undiagnosed accreta and now have a previa. Yuck!

thank you so much!! yeah i'm not worrying so much yet. i mean, i would love to have a natural birth again but just get my baby out alive, i don't care what you have to do! is what i am thinking lol! the reason why he's worried about accreta (thank you for reminding me what it's called) is bc he thinks i have a problem with my uterine wall. i have had a placenta problem with every delivery (with my live babies, the placenta didn't want to come out, but eventually did without d&c and with charlie it didn't stay put) he thinks that parts of my uterus are bad and if it attaches in the bad spot it will come off, if it attaches elsewhere it might not come off. kwim? i think also bc i'll be on progesterone until 36 weeks also makes him think accreta? i dunno, but it's bc of my uterus he thinks that. he just said to be prepared and to make sure my ob is capable of doing a hysterectomy if i hemorrage bad enough to need it. i'm very thankful to have a dr who cares!!!!!

Makes sense! With my history of accreta it is definitely a possibility this time too; it sure sounds like it could be for you too. Booo! Make sure he communicates his concern to your OB( I'm sure he will) so they know to be prepared during delivery. If they know it is suspected, the delivery should go much more smoothly, even if you need a hysterectomy (hopefully not though!).

yeah i'm going to make sure they both talk lol thank you so much for your info and stuff! i hope both of us can have the deliveries we want and all 4 of us can be healthy!
