You CAN freeze it....but it comes out pretty dry, when you reheat it, you'd have to add water to it again and hope it tastes good lol.
I personally have never had much luck with it, but I haven't tried to freeze it more than a handful of times either. |

I heat mine in a covered casserole dish with a little water in it. It doesn't seem too dry for me. I don't own a microwave, but I could see how heating it in the microwave might dry it out.

I use Jasmine rice all the time and found that I can freeze it too!! When I need some I just put the frozen rice in my vegetable steamer basket and steam it for 8-10 minutes. Tastes, feels, looks like I just made it.
