Ingredients:
-Pork roast/tenderloin (whatever size)
-Egg noodles
-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-1 packet or 1/2 packet of Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
-water
-*optional: Veggies of your choice, I personally like the pre-diced/sliced potatoes in a can.

Put in a frozen pork roast or tenderloin into the crock pot.

Next, depending on how much flavoring you want, or how big the pork roast is, add 1 (or 1/2 of the packet) packet of the Lipton Onion soup mix (dry).

Then add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, & enough water to make as much gravy as you would like.

Stir all ingredients together & set on Medium. You may need to add a little more water to the roast periodically & you will have the most tender pork roast by early evening.

*I add the canned potatoes after the roast has been cooked, & about 1/2 hour to 15 minutes before dinner is to be served.
serve over cooked noodles

Re: Post your crock-pot recipes here!

My mil made a great pulled pork dinner last night for us and it was so easy...

Buy a cheap-o pork loin and stick it in a crock pot with a whole bottle of your favorite bbq sauce and cook it all day on high or overnight on low... serve it on rolls with baked beans, corn bread... soooo tasty!

Re: Post your crock-pot recipes here!

'Gourmet Chicken' (we call it chicken slop )

1 to 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 package Good Seasons dry Italian dressing mix.
1/4 c white wine (optional)

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Soften cream cheese in microwave. Add all to crock-pot, give it a good stir until all is mixed together. Cook on low for around 6 hours.

Changes I've made: subbed Healthy Request soups and low-fat (not fat-free) cream cheese. I've never tried it with the wine; we like it just fine without. I usually cook on high for an hour to get things going, then turn down to low until it bubbles. I serve with cooked egg noodles and peas or broccoli.
*******************************
Taco Soup
3/4 pound ground turkey, browned
28 oz. petite diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 small can Rotel (undrained) (we use mild)
1 small can pinto beans and 1 small can black beans (undrained, or to reduce sodium drain, rinse, and then add a bit of water)
1 packet dry taco seasoning (we use mild or for chicken tacos)
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dry seasoning
1 cup frozen corn (I use more)

Combine all but corn in crockpot. Cook over low for about 6 hours. Add corn during last 30 minutes to keep it crisp.

This is an easy "dump it all in" recipe. We like it served over rice, with a bit of cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. It makes good leftovers that can be thickened by simmering and then used as a burrito filling. I think it would be equally good with turkey omitted.
