The cost of TTC

I went to order more OPK's today and had a though - how much this mythical baby is going to have cost us, before she was even convinced... I wonder how much longer my husband and I can continue to test and test and test, before it has cost us to much.

How much have you spent on TTC?

I've kept a record over the last 8 months (the first year we were actively trying but not testing like crazy)
Basil thermometer: 10.00
6 EPT 10mu tests: 7.00
4 FR tests: 35.00
40 OPK: 14.00
30 HPT: 6.00
for a total of $72 already.

Have you tried ordering hpts and opks through the co-ops when they run on here? That might helped you cut down on costs. I have always just bought a buttload of test whenever they run since I'm a POAS addict.

I think you're doing really good so far. I spent WAY more than that in the 7.5 months it took us to conceive. I'd hate to know how much. We're not even TTC right now & I still usually drop around $20 on FRERs per cycle.
