My yummy-smelling lanolin balm from Ignite the Senses just arrived!

How, exactly should I use it? It says to "pat gently onto wool" or "can be used in the traditional sink method". Obviously, I'm totally new to using wool, and I want to get it right! So please, share your lanolizing tips with me!

Just scoop out a little bit on your finger - its hard to say really how much, I guess the size of a small grape

Rub it between your hands and just pat it on the wool. Most people do the inside only, mostly in the crotch area - there's no real hard fast rule for it. Some lanolize a LOT, some like to use just the bare minimum. I suggest starting with bare minimum.

Sink method is melting it, adding a squirt of soap, wisking and soaking in water. But I prefer to just put a little balm on rather than go through all that

I've never tried the balm type of lanolin, have always used the spray. I'm interested in knowing this info too as I'll be having to buy lanolin soon as mine is almost gone now.

I have one of Jodi's balm (mango smell) and it smells sooo yummy!!! Makes you wanna lanolize every day! LOL

Its a "solid" lanolin (about the consistency of vaseline, maybe softer) that you just rub between your palms and pat it into the wool

Very easy way to lanolize!

This is sooo true! I have Warm Vanilla Sugar scent, and I love it!

Makes me want to buy more,even though I don't need it, yet!

I did it late last night - it was kind of fun! Afterwards I couldn't stop smelling my hands!
