random cramps?

I have been EBFing DS for 9 weeks now and just this evening i have been having pretty strong lady cramps on one side everytime he feeds and when i walk around with him in my arms.

i dont think its my period coming back bc i had some spotting for a day about 2 weeks ago the same day SIL got hers. and i havent had BFing/contraction related cramps since week 1 postpartum.

any idea why i'm randomly having these cramps??

Re: random cramps?

had the same issue and dr. just wrote it off as postpartum-everything's-settling-back-where-it's-supposed-to-be cramps... i know that's not very helpful tho!
