Cotton soaker?
What's everyone's gut instinct on this? Do you think a cotton crochet soaker would work at all? Part of me thinks that it would just be like another diaper layer but part of me thinks with the crochet and the thirsty cotton it would give some protection. Obviously it would be light duty, but would it be worth it at all?

Re: Cotton soaker?
well its got the absorbtion but it would feel wet as soon as it got wet unlike wool, kwim???
you can try it and see what happens though!! or maybe a cotton/acrylic blend, that would absorb and repel- could be interesting or cotton/wool blend, same thing.... good luck
