Yes thats correct, but I can't see needing more cm at any other time. I would use a after dtd while still laying down just to give the boys a little more swimming room lol! If you use the full amount it recommends, I found it to be wayyyy too much, during dtd or otherwise.

I did 16 oz green tea daily from AF to O and the EWCM. "Abundant" is something of an understatement.

I can vouch for the red raspberry leaf tea for AF cramps. I get them HORRIBLE, and it doesn't make them stop, but it does help to take the edge off when I can't just get falling-down drunk. I imagine if your cramps are mild to moderate, it might be all you need (or maybe that an a Motrin).

Gonna join you on the green tea note...but cant hack the grapefruit juice...blech! No EPO for me either but Ill let you know how the tea alone works I almost never get ewcm

It sounds like what you are doing is working great for you. I just wanted to chime in with taking B6 since it had not been mentioned yet. I took 100mgeach day this past cycle and we are pg. I started it when AF came on November 20 and could definately tell that I O'd 2 weeks later. I had an abundant amount of EWCM that day and we made sure to BD. I didn't want to take something that I had to keep track of from AF to O or whenever....just don't have the concentration. B6 was nice that way ~ no stopping. I am still taking it now after reading advice from great mommas on here about taking it during pg. HTH

The first month of Preseed worked for us. It's a little pricey, but welllll worth it!

thanks for your help girls! as far as preseed goes, both hubby and I are both not into that stuff (him more than me LOL). I'd rather try to make my own I'm so glad it's working...My cm is soooo abundant this month....and CLEAR. Usually it's somewhat opaque, but not this month! As for B6....I've been thinking on starting that next cycle (and if I get pregnant, then as soon as I find out, as I hear it's also amazing for morning sickness, tiredness, etc.).

He'd never have to know...you put it in 15 min to 1/2 an hour before hand.
