Do you just trifold the pf and then put it between your little one's legs and then put the wrap on?
Or do you put it on as you would if you were doing a pf with longies? Like a jelly roll fold or something? Do pin/snappi it first? Or just add the wrap? Does the pf bunch up when your little one crawls or walks? Are there any tutorials out there on how to do this?

Definitely pin or Snappi. Believe me!

Re: So......you have a pf and a wrap/pul cover.....
I usually snappi the prefold under the wrap, although you definitely can just trifold. In my experience, poop just rolls right off the trifold onto the cover, whereas with a snappi'd dipe it holds all or most of it in, most of the time. Also, with a trifold it often gets bunched up and leaves red marks after crawling.
Someone must know a tutorial site off the top of their head, I can't remember, and it's bedtime, sorry

Here's a video. OF course she's working with a doll but, she makes it folded so nicely.

Re: So......you have a pf and a wrap/pul cover.....
My LO is fine with a prefold trifolded with a BSWW. It doesn't bunch up when she crawls enough for it to matter.

Re: So......you have a pf and a wrap/pul cover.....
Somewhere on here there was a post with a video in it and there was a man who showed different folds with a real baby. It was a good one but I can't seem to find it.

Re: So......you have a pf and a wrap/pul cover.....
My LO doesn't do anything but wiggle around (she can kick pretty well though... almost kicked *off* her BP!!), so I can't help with the crawl/walk thing. However, I prefer to actually fold the PF then put on a cover. Tri-fold always seems to get poop on the cover it seems.

Re: So......you have a pf and a wrap/pul cover.....
When I used to trifold, the prefold never shifted around, but it did sag. The sagging wasn't such a problem that it didn't work, though. A pinned prefold is worth the effort for the nicer fit once you get a little practice at it.

Re: So......you have a pf and a wrap/pul cover.....
I'm finding a snappied pf does over all fit better so most of the day I do that. But I do still trifold sometimes if I'm just not in the mood to use the snappi. And I always trifold at night since it gives extra layers just in case - but dd wakes up dry almost always.
